A small and great located Coop, however, it could be better if you keep the bins at the front empty!

Fourth day in a row and still this shop have empty shelves, seems like manager can't arrange goods for customers

8.20am no baguettes, no rolls. Whats the point of having a bakery in a shop if customers are unable to get fresh bakery for their breakfast. I will update my review only if this changes.

I visit this Coop 3 or 4 times a week as it is close to where i work. Unfortunately there barely ever seems to be anyone manning the tills. There are a couple of self service tills so the staff can ignore most of the customers completely, unfortunately if you need tobacco or alchohol (or a reduced item because the self tills can't deal with that), you need to go to the counter. Nearly every time I am left standing there waiting for a staff member milling around at the back of the store to notice me and come serve me. They all seem to be stacking shelves most of the time, which is ironic given my next issue. This Coop seems to be almost constantly out of stock of certain items. Pita bread is a good example, in my experience it is out of stock more than in stock. The hot food counter stock is lackluster at best, normally stocked with multiples of the same one item. The small bags of fresh baked sausage rolls, which were obviously a good seller becuase there were ALWAYS customers looking for them, just dissapeared from the shelves one day a few weeks ago, i asked as staff member why and was told the supplier no longer made them. Couple of weeks later they were back on the shelves, but for one day only?!?! It is worth mentioning however, the store itself is tidy, bright and spacious with plenty of parking.

My regular stop on my way from New Bilton, to work in Crick. Always a nice shop to visit, plenty of parking, good and friendly staff, who are always ready to help, rarely stand in a queue, although on principal, I will not use the self check outs. Have been calling here since the shop opened a couple of years ago. How can you improve on excellence? Great job everyone!

Medium sized store with great selection of food, drink, household goods, gifts, cards & flowers. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind when dealing with stock queries, lost property etc. 'Free from' and 'alternative' foods available but not an extensive selection, the aisles weren't intuitively organised and there were several items I wanted out of stock when I visited, hence 4 stars not 5. Overall a really good local shop.
