   I recently had the displeasure of dealing with the customer service at this supermarket, and it was an experience I'd rather forget. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping, and when I asked a question about a product, I was met with a shrug and a vague wave toward an aisle. The checkout process was equally frustrating. The cashier was slow, didn't make eye contact, and seemed annoyed when I asked for a bag. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this store. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, where I can expect to be treated with a little bit of respect and receive the help I need. This supermarket needs a serious overhaul in its customer service department.

   Very bad customer service My daughter 9 years old asked her if she has any hairs accessories for children in need . She said why are you asking me look your self. She rolled her eyes and moved her head like she was making fun of us . To be honest there was 2 ladies and talking with 1 guy and laughing with each other.    Went into poundstretcher today and was served by the tall young woman at the counter, would just like to highlight what a lovely server she is. Very welcoming and talkative and changes the atmosphere of the shop completely! Definitely coming back :)

   The staff were so unwelcoming and so rough with products, saw 1 staff throw products on and off shelves while pushing customers past and the person who i saw at checkout rolled her eyes at everything as well as throwing what was purchased, said nothing either and the atmosphere in there was VERY dark and cold, not to be a karen but the staff here are not good in any way, and the shelves were a mess as well

   Brought flying saucers and they reek and taste like absolute dog and the bonbon i bought are expired by 3 months over then that the shop is ok just AVOID THE SWEETS AT ALL COSTS.

   To be fair, there is nothing to like. The products are not cheap, the customers are horrid and the staff are trying their best . If it wasn't for the staff it would score 0 stars.

   Prices were higher than they should be but they had a offer of 50% off everything. I think that it’s a shame that this shop is not properly managed and I think it’s a great thing to have as a local shop. I do think they should scrap the 50% off and just have the normal cheap prices they do in other stores. The staff are friendly. The isles are quite small which can be annoying but not much can be done about that.
