I wanted to leave a review after a recent visit where the staff were fantastic and then I saw the 1 star! Imagine walking into a charity shop, seeing a £2.50 puzzle (that funds actual good deeds) being so enraged by this and thinking 'You know what? Let's tank their rating. Petty woman. I dont shop here often as I live 200 miles away. When I visit family I ALWAYS make the point of dropping in. The staff are fab and I've never had a problem asking if they could take a little off the price. Maybe try being a bit nicer, see where that leads.

Massive selection of items in all categories. Lots of things to look at. Some things were expensive for what they are and somethings were good value, I guess like most charity shops these days. Lots of books and dvds but also other things like fabrics and curtains, old electronics and gym equipment. Have only been once but will definitely be back to see what other pieces I can find!

Prices are absolutely ridiculous. Thought this was a charity shop, raising money for charity...and to help those struggling. Its cheaper to go buy from a shop than here now. Your pricing is not charitable, just ridiculous. I took 2xs pictures to the counter to ask could they possibly take off £5, as it was £10 for 1 picture. So still making £15 for charity. The helpful friendly staff woman said, no,can't do that. I said £15 for both instead of £20, no can't do it. So they lost the sale. Considering the picture frames were damaged. Shows you obviously dont need the money... £15 rather than £20..or back on the floor to get broken and dust on them. Tops £7. You can buy them new and cheaper. A small candle, £6 You definitely need to ACTUALLY REVIEW your prices as everyone is clearly sting in the reviews. Your going to lose a lot of customers for greed. Really not good. Don't worry about a reply. As your pretty much saying the same thing. It says a lot when u can't even buy in a charity shop because of the pricing.. Unfriendly staff. Well over priced. Not welcoming at all. We won't be back.

I love this charity shop. The selection is brilliant and why shouldn’t they get the best price for products- it’s a charity - they are selling goods to provide much needed cash and support. The staff are amazing and it’s obviously a hit as quite often you can’t get into the car park. I’ve donated loads and bought loads. If I buy anything that’s a mistake I just donate it back- although they do offer a refund if you want. This is my favourite charity shop together with SOLD in Shoreham. Keep up the fantastic work!

Wouldn't even give 1 star. This charity shop use to be so cheap now its a Harrods store now. You get everything free and gifted yet you rob people! I brought a puzzle today which had £1.00 from cancer research charity shop and you had £2.50 on it. When I spoke to the lady on the till her response was... That could have been priced 6 years ago! It was priced in may from cancer research as was dated! The main purpose of a charity shop is to help charities and the local community not rob them. I won't be shopping here again after many years coming.

Gone downhill rapidly in last year. I go once a week and have bought so much from there over the years but its so overpriced now and freezing cold all the time. Also a lot of gift aid fraud going on. Staff scanning any old barcode at the till if something hasn't got a price. I bought a rug last week with no tag, volunteer just scanned a random gift aid barcode when I went to pay. Be careful GuildCare. Defrauding HMRC is serious.

Too expensive!! As before in these comments some items were actually more expensive than new!! No bargain rail to maybe shift some of the summer stock. The staff weren't very helpful and I feel a little judgemental to anyone young or "trendy"!

Just witnessed staff throwing large bin bags away of perfectly good donations in the bins. While the prices in store are more expensive than buying them new in the shops. Would not donate any of my items here. You would be better to give them away free on free cycle than let guild care put them in land fill.
