   I visited Safari MK this morning while it was fairly quiet, and I was so impressed that I had to leave a review. The staff, the food, and the amount there is to do for all ages already make it a great place — but what really stood out to me was the level of cleanliness and care. I watched the team carry out what can only be described as a full-on deep-clean operation. They divided the space, worked through each area thoroughly, and still managed to stay on top of serving and entry. As a mum of two little ones, it made me feel genuinely safe knowing they take hygiene so seriously. Kids will always pick up bugs — that’s just part of life — but seeing how hard these women worked to stay on top of everything was honestly refreshing. One staff member even said, “As a mum too, I’d want to know my kids are in a clean environment,” and it didn’t feel like something said for show. It felt honest, and it showed how seriously they take their responsibility to keep families safe while still having fun. Truly brilliant soft play. Highly recommend.

   Excellent for birthdays. We recently celebrated my son’s football-themed birthday party, and it was absolutely fantastic thanks to Luke! He was professional, enthusiastic, and so attentive to every detail. All the children had an amazing time, and every parent commented on how well-organised and fun it was and how attentive Luke was. Luke went above and beyond to make the day special — his energy, patience, and genuine care really stood out. Thank you, Luke, for making my son’s birthday one to remember!

   First time visiting on 13/08/25 and I was very impressed. I took my three small children first thing in the morning before it got too busy and my 3 year old twins and 2 year old absolutely loved it! The role play rooms are amazing and the under 4 section is absolutely perfect for them. The staff were all incredibly professional and when the manager heard my son has a severe allergy, ensured to explain the policies and placed an allergy awareness sign onto our table for extra caution. I haven’t been anywhere that has such great standards. I cannot wait to bring them back! Thank you for making our experience fantastic Safari MK!

   My 20 month old twins had a very good day here , food was good and the place wasn’t crowded since it is January.. could easily spend a whole day here .. only downsides were the place did need a good clean and allot of the kitchen items were missing and the kitchen sets /displays was broken so looked abit run down ..the place do need new things but the children had a lot of fun for their first time using the Place

   10/10. Can't fault this place. We have been to so many soft plays in the Midlands and this is now our fav one! Shame we live in South Leicester ( hint hint get one in Leicester or northanpton) honestly great place, awesome soft play with a variety of slides, ball pits, football, fancy dress shops and more! Even a huge section for under 4's. 2.5hours play for our session(would prefer longer) food was nice from the venue. Drinks a little pricey. Overall highly recommended

   Very nice and tidy place to play for toddlers and kids. Separate play area for toddlers and small children. Lots of parking space available. Surprisingly board games are also available. Good amount of food and drink options are also available. Highly recommended place to take all age children.

   My daughter was invited to a party here and it is such a lovely place. All the staff were smiling, friendly, happy and helpful, the place was immaculate, the toilets were clean and nice, there was a lovely atmosphere overall. Parking is a bit of a nightmare but nothing that warrants less than 5 stars overall. Everything is nicely laid out and the kids absolutely loved it!

   Softplay itself is good all round, a bit expensive for adults during peak time but very clean and nice and new. Unfortunately let down by poor parking availability, tiny spaces, which aren't ideal for anyone with babies. Not particularly accessible for pushchairs generally, let alone the double one we would require, we just carried the girls in on this occasion but I probably wouldn't be able to visit if it was this busy and I was on my own. Food looked fine but was so slow, we didn't bother, took the best part of 20 minutes to get two coffees and a not very nice fridge cake. Staff were hurrying around trying to keep track of orders but it didn't seem to be working. The restaurant area would also benefit from self-busting for trays as many tables were just left once parties had left as there wasn't anywhere to put anything. Tiny things that let it down.
