   I went to a family friend for my prom nails the day of my prom and they came out looking horrible ( I also paid £50 for them) so in a rush hopped and prayed that somebody could fix them for me but the issue was I only had £20 left and this lovely establishment fixed and re painted my nails! I went from disaster to amazement!!

   Had the worst experience today there. I was trying to explain the shape I want and when correcting one of the guys there he shortened all my nails. Then the colour that I wanted wasn’t there so I tried something else which I didn’t like and ended up leaving them basic and looking like total crap just because someone did not have the patience either me. I am never going back there to end up like this right before my vacation. Total loss of money

   This place is absolutely fantastic! Me and my mum arrived at 6:15, 15 mins before the shop was supposed to be closing. We both wanted full sets of acrylics and they accommodated us. The nails turned out so good they weren’t rush at all!. I would recommend this place 100x over.

   Popped in without an appointment on the off chance and was seen straight away! Great service, incredibly pleasant staff who listen to what you want and don't try and push you to have something you don't want or need. The music wasn't obnoxiously loud or intrusive, it was a pleasant volume which was fab. I'm quite introverted so like to just sit and enjoy the experience of having my nails done and there wasn't any forced conversation; I sometimes feel a bit rude but I wasn't made to feel awkward at all. Overall a really pleasant experience. The prices have gone up from what the website states but minimally so not a huge issue at all (full set of acrylis was £30, and online said £25) Amazing place and people, will definitely be going back for my infills in a few weeks!

   I couldn’t recommend this shop anymore. I have been going for the past 2 years with my mum and they have always looked after us. It is owned a lovely couple. They have recently moved to Hanley centre which is such an easy access and perfect destination!
