   Seaford supedrug continues to wave the flag for customer care and service. Despite being a smaller store, the level of stock is fabulous, it is clean, well curated and easy to navigate. But what truly makes this store stand out is the staff. John, the manager, is proactive in his leadership, leading by example, often to found on the till, the consummate professional. The sales advisor, Teg, is possibly the best brand ambassador you could ever employ. Her level of customer service , product knowledge, and all round niceness, is off the scale. I have just returned from a weekend in London , whilst there I had cause to visit one of your west end stores. May I suggest that your gold standard staff in Seaford are used as a bench mark for across store training? As the London based store was appallingly lacking on almost every level. Thank you Seaford for endlessly going the extra mile.

   We shopped in your Seaford store today and spent a considerable amount of money. This was largely down to your fantastic store colleague, Holly. Holly was so helpful and very knowledgeable, making the whole customer experience an absolute pleasure. Holly is an asset to your Company. Nothing was too much trouble and she easily managed to give us the attention we required as well as serve other members of the public with no problems.    Love this place! Out of all the many Superdrugs stores this one is my personal favourite to return to - regardless of where I am it's always worth the trip. Always clean, well stocked and laid out - items are easily located. If an item isn't in stock the staff will try to find an alternative or order it online. They go the extra mile. All staff here are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and always willing and happy to help. Here, you rarely have to wait to be served even when it's busy! The running of the shop has been maintained to the highest standard in every aspect from cleanliness to service. Recommended poducts: Superdrugs E-Vitamin products are hard to beat. The leave on face mask, oat face scrub, body moisturiser perform better than most of the well known branded labels. Try them, you won't be disappointed. If I could give this particular store more stars I would.

   Buying perfume recently, we were 'served' by THE most disinterested couple of staff members. It was a Sunday and the feeling of general indifference was palpable. Very poor experience

   Seaford staff in superdrug are always so friendly and helpful. The store is always well stocked and never have any issues finding what i need in there. 1 qualm would be the lanes in the store are so narrow. Which makes it difficult with a disabled buggy to push around that is slightly wide.

   I had a very bad experience at Seaford Superdrug today. When I arrived, there was this man standing at the door and I asked if I can go in and he said "have you seen anyone coming out from the shop?" I said no,but I asked if I can go in and he asked me what I want to buy and if is essential to buy today and asked me if I can come on Saturday. I said that I am a nurse and I am working most of the time. Then he asked me for the NHS batch. I said I am working in a nursing home no in NHS. After I went in the shop he was so polite with the other customers saying "please come in" and he didn't ask anyone else the questions that he asked me. I felt that this was a rasist comments addressed to me as I am not from this country. Since I have been in this country I never had this experience before and I would never again buy anything from Seaford Superdrug.

   Like it! Good value! Great stuff, use their own Vit E moisturizing range which is great even for my allergy prone skin. They often have nice things for gifts and they're not too expensive. Staff friendliness is a bit mixed.
