I love Superdrug and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Loads of vegan and cruelty free products which is great and they do a purple hair dye for dark brown hair which works so well! Lots of products for curly hair too and lovely nail varnish range.
5 Star service from the polite and well trained young staff, who go out of their way to help. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Great store too… I’m from Brighton but always shop in the Lewes Superdrug ,as cannot deal with the shopping centre in town.

Extremely well stocked, clean, well presented with a great selection. Staff like all Superdrug stores are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It gets very busy, yet staff remain calm and friendly. Nothing seems too much trouble, their customer service is excellent. Must add rhie knowledge on products is amazing!
Took my daughter for piercing as their website says they don't use a gun. Horrified to see that they do use a gun, not only that but they even offer to do cartilage and nose piercings with a gun!! There are plenty of other places that will pierce correctly with a needle, both locally and in Brighton, my childs health is far more important than a few £s. Will not be back.
Went into member of staff telling female customers they were only taking cash but didn't tell me I had to cue up ages with no apology or anything
Female staff member very helpful when I went in looking for a foundation. Would go in the lewes store again.
cashier left on her own, team leader upstairs not coming down to help her on the checkout, needed her authorization, had a queue of people waiting, some left, cashier opologised profusely. when the team leader finally came down she didn't look at anybody she didn't apologise she just authorised the checkout out, when I said did you not hear the bell ringing for at least 5 minutes she said yes but I was on the phone very rude very unprofessional shouldn't be a team leader. make the girl on the checkout the team leader because this one obviously doesn't know how to do her job.
Great shop to have locally- it has a good wide range of products and makeup (better than the other well known high street store nearby). The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and they stock cruelty free and vegan cosmetics.
