Dreadful service. Nasty staff (particularly the store manager). Absolute bedlam at the tills the other day. People shouting, staff shouting back and telling people to get out. Even worse were the staff who were mocking customers and laughing at them. Honestly one of the worst experiences inside a shop in my entire life. With that sort of "customer service" it's no wonder retail is dying and people shop on line.

Went in today to get a Christmas tree, really good selection, want to say thankyou for Finley for going above and beyond to help us, great customer service.

This store is almost impossible to navigate as a wheelchair user. Accessibility clearly hasn't been given a second thought. There were so many aisles that I'd get down and then have to turn back and go back the way I came because it wasn't possible for me to move the boxes (or permanent displays!) out of the way as they were too heavy. This is something that should always, always be considered. It's not like The Range is a small business working with limited space. Unacceptable really.

mostly came in here to investigate the halloween stock and find some hello kitty stickers i found online. unfortunately i did not like the stickers when i saw them in person. i loved all the halloween decs! i’m nervously awaiting christmas stock to arrive. i did not like the basket/trolley left on the floor (pictured) i nearly fell over! what a hazard! if i wanted to go to a shop that leaves things out for customers to trip on, i’d head on over to asda. still, i like this shop and i’ll check in on it every so often.

Another great place to shop love their garden furniture section upstairs, becomes Xmas wonderland in December, sadly I wouldn't buy outdoor plants here they seem to get neglected but on the whole it's a good place to visit and shop

Visited Oundle to meet up with a friend for coffee. I've often driven past this cafe on my way through and it looked busy and cosy so I thought it would be a nice place to stop and meet my friend. It was busy as I expected but there was soon a table free. The lady serving asked the kitchen staff if they would make me a vegetarian sausage roll which the were happy to do. I'm glad I asked. It was very tasty. The coffee was lovely and hot and we didn't have to wait long I would 100% go again and I highly recommend this cafe. It is located on the corner near the memorial. Go and visit and make your own mind up.

They lie and cheat !!!!! they deliberately mislead the customer by putting the price of another product and there is no real one at all !!!!! I politely informed that the price on the shelf is different but the fat woman with glasses did not want to listen to me at all, she called the manager who came with a bad attitude and did not even want to listen to me, he only shouted at me and tried to make fun of me !!!! he said it was his goodwill that he puts the bottoms on the shelves next to the goods because he doesn't have to !!!!! he was so unpleasant for me as a client that if someone from you is working on this man, he did not introduce himself but is fat with glasses, please check his services because the manager is evidently dismissed, he is very incompetent! until the cashier was ashamed she was much nicer than him !!! i will never come back here again !!

A great range of Christmas decorations. You have to search through carefully what is on offer, as a lot of it is rather cheap "tat". But in amongst the huge choice are some good quality, pleasing and well made articles. For example, the wooden street lamps, and some of the large (about a foot tall) santas (who look like happy old men dressed in lovely costumes), would be lovely displayed in a house. The animated scenes, that play music loudly and have moving parts that light up are tacky - but of course this is a matter of taste
