   First time using SJS this summer for a big garden project, I’m not a landscaper so I was pretty clueless when it came to what materials I needed and the best way to go about doing what I wanted to do. The lads in the office were really approachable and helpful, as were the lads in the yard. The delivery service was always quick and reliable. They went above and beyond to redeliver my order after my neighbours questionable parking blocked access on the first attempt. Great quality products and a good bunch of lads, would 100% recommend SJS!

   Without question the very best builders merchant in Stoke-on-Trent. Everyone who works there is always friendly, helpful and will go the extra mile to get you what you need. The timber is fantastic quality, exactly as described. Being a DIY customer landscaping my own garden its incredibly rare and refreshing to get professional quality building materials. I've had orders from a few other s at the very start that were apocalypse level stuff. I haven't had a single length of timber that's been un-usable. Most deliveries have been next day too rather than being put to the back of the DIY queue with previous suppliers. Hats off to you all, the only builders merchant I'm ever going to use. Would 100% recommend this company to anyone. Thank you so much, truly appreciate it!

   I saw an advert for slate / soil etc on Face Book advertising for my area. The quote I got was really competitive, great comms to arrange a suitable delivery and perfect that I could pay at the time of delivery. The soil received was top drawer and the plum slate was perfect too. I'd recommend this supplier without hesitation and would definitely use them again, reliable and well worth a quote, I'm in the area ST13 Staffs Moorlands. The borders either side have now been completed... thanks for your time and products.

   Pretty good prices, very good range of products. Most the staff are great, Gavin tends to just lie when he's messed an order up sadly. Often waiting for deliveries for this reason. Would be 5 stars otherwise.

   Just had delivery of bulk sand from SJS, the driver was very friendly and helpful. I ordered online through these difficult times, website was easy enough to use. I emailed SJS a couple of times while waiting for my delivery and Stephen got back to me every time. Wait time was only 2 weeks aswell which I was very pleased with as I know other places have a 4 week wait time. I’m very pleased the service SJS provide and will definitely use them again and can highly recommend them.
