    I placed and paid for an order of logs online on 25 September, and the supplier promised a refund shortly after when they couldn’t fulfil the order. Today is 20 October, and despite repeated follow-ups and reminders, I still haven’t received the refund. The communication has been poor, and every time I contact them, I’m told it’s being processed — but nothing happens. Very unprofessional service. I would not recommend this supplier to anyone until they improve their honesty and reliability.

    Made my first today with Staffordshire Log Store and I must say how impressed I am with the customer service! Deb was very friendly and helpful over email and was able to get some logs delivered to me very quickly, which was brilliant! The delivery driver was also very helpful and helped us to bring the bag of logs into our garage. Logs all look good quality hardwood too. Highly recommend, really pleased!

    This company is by far the best I have used to supply logs for my wood burner. The deciding factor for me was that they were happy to wheel the bulk bag down my driveway into the garage for storage. Not all suppliers will do this. The customer service is excellent and the logs were delivered the day after I placed my order. It looks to be good quality wood and I shall certainly order my next batch from Staffordshire Log Store and recommend them to friends and family.

    I had a jumbo bag of logs delivered which I easily ordered and paid for online, delivery was delayed due new load being dried in the oven, no problem as I received good communication, logs were still quite warm when delivered, the driver was very pleasant and dropped them where I wanted.
