    I cannot recommend their bathroom design and supply service highly enough, they were great from start to finish. My plumber recommended them so I visited their showroom and was impressed with their displays. Abbie produced some designs for me as promised and emailed them over. She had some great ideas and made several tweaks for me, nothing was too much trouble. She was also very friendly and easy to get on with - she made the whole process enjoyable and stress free. My plumber was delayed and they held onto everything for me till we needed it. I had a small isssue with the towel rail and Abbie sorted it straight away. I'm very happy with my new bathroom!

    If I could give 0 stars I would. 2 bad experiences now. My husband and his partner have shopped with Fairfield builders for over 30 years and that stopped today. Rude and arrogant woman in the office of whom I’ve now had the misfortune of having to talk to twice (not sure if it was the same person). One of the phone calls she was so rude she actually HUNG UP the phone on me, after speaking to me like dog muck. All because I had rang the wrong business and asked for a phone number. Second time I rang the builders yard and the man on the phone was equally as unhelpful. Don’t waste your time or money.
