   I had to deliver here once and I noticed that the entrance can be really tricky to get through if turning in left driving an artic, and also thought that it was a bit tight to get around once inside. All staff seemed nice enough everything else was fine

   Can't believe that in 2023 delivery drivers are still forced to use a stinking portaloo in the yard that has no water to wash your hands after you've used it. Apart from that staff seemed friendly enough.

   Correspondence great, until I paid for my goods, then I couldn't get a conversation unless I went on withheld number. Had me waiting weeks, which I kind of expected has special order, but then decided to still make me and my builder wait on the day until late afternoon delivery. Wouldn't have minded if they kept me informed so I could inform my builder who could have gone onto other jobs. Amazing how something has simple has communication can let someone down!!!!
