   I was initially impressed with this company being really helpful in store I placed order and they were calling the next week to confirm delivery was in. No call. They rarely answer the phone. Finally told it would be a week late; nothing. Fitter booked but no flooring. Then told I could substitute for a different floor as out of stock - drove there, was told to pick from 2 racks they would let me know date for new delivery. Rebook fitter. I was told n phone then I needed to pay another £500! Or the option I did not like I could pay another £135. Not really switching it for me. Then told original floor might be available the next week, they would let me know and call me. No call. Call head office - told they would call back, no call. Rinse and repeat. Website says stock in a month - no-one can confirm this, lost any faith or hope and asked for a refund - we will see if this is timely.

   Don't buy anything online ordered a oak colour gave me a grey and said its what I ordered even though though the order number showed what I ordered to be correct then the shop told me they dont deal with online orders so I had to drive 40 miles away to return the order and get a refund, customer service were very obnoxious and told me it was raining when obviously they were peeing down my leg !

   Had some herringbone floor laid here by Darren & Elliot. Such a professional job from the comms on when they were coming to measure up and making sure our subfloor was up to standard. The floor was laid quickly and efficiently. Couldn’t have asked for more Thanks lads Will definitely use them again.

   After shopping around, we found that The Flooring Depot had the best prices for the product we were looking for. We chose a natural wood laminate to brighten up our living and dining room, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Our terraced house is over 100 years old, but Billy, the fitter, did an excellent job—everything looks seamless and professionally finished. We’re so pleased with the service and quality that we’ll definitely be returning for carpets too! Happy we shopped locally and highly recommended.

   I have been a joiner for over 10 years, laid loads of floors in my time and the stuff supplied by this company has been by far the worst quality stuff I’ve ever put down. I would go as far as to refuse work if it meant I had to put down another floor supplied by these. Horrendous. For some reason it’s not letting me reply to your comments, my name is Jack rowley. That name should be on your records.
