   Contacted the Crewe branch for some waterproof repair tape for a leaking conservatory roof. Spoke with Jess who found out what I needed and sorted it out for me. Then after that, Jess dropped it off with me on her way home at the end of her shift. You cannot get better customer service than that. Thanks Jess - your efforts are much appreciated.
