Always helpful and friendly staff. I use Toolstation frequently. Avoiding Screwfix next door as I find the customer service poor in comparison and staff rude. Never had the issue in Toolstation. Thanks for help with my recent order and dealing with my return recently.
Well informed staff. They helped me purchase a heater from the lovely display they had at the front of there counter. Would recommend.
Shut when they feel like it. Arrived in opening hours times with the doors locked. Two blokes behind counter looked at me like I was invisible. Keep it open till 7 like it says on the sign outside.
Toolstation ? Or Screwfix? Similar products and prices sometimes its down to which one has stock.both have helpful staff .usually quicker to find items, than looking though the huge catalogues!
