   Went here a few days ago looking for a Hex nut. When i walked in this lad i believe chris? helped me find something nuts for the screw i had. I said i believed it was an M6 and he confirmed it was. walked in and out in 5 minutes pleased with my purchase and i was happily on my way.

   No stock of anything in store! What’s the point in that? Way too loose customers! why only ever have maximum of 1-2 bags of post Crete?? Most people buy 5+ bags don’t sell it if you can’t stock it anywhere

   AVOID - Was greeted by a young female employee that instead of trying to help me with the situation i was in told me “How do I know I ain’t a plumber am I or I’d be earning way more money than I am” so I went next door and was given excellent service at city plumbing.. she needs retraining in customer service so she can realise without customers like myself she wouldn’t be where she is. Screwfix Crewe has been great in the past so maybe it’s a winsford issue.
