I attended buzz trampoline park today with my friend and we had a very good time. First of all the 2 ladies at the front desk were very nice and polite and so were all of the jump guards and people behind the cafe. We had some food aswell and it was very nice and hot and came relatively quickly. Overall we had an amazing time and will definitely be coming back.

I have been coming to Buzzparks, Swansea for years, but today’s visit was extremely disappointing. I visited with a group of friends and children of mixed ages. We paid the full £14 fee for children over 6 as instructed. When we later tried to move all the children into the younger soft play area so we could stay together, staff stopped one child (aged 6 years and 2 months) from entering, claiming it was “policy.” I asked to speak to the manager, hoping for a reasonable solution. Instead, she was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. There was no empathy, no flexibility, and no alternative offered. Her manner and attitude made the situation even worse and were very unprofessional. What should have been a fun family visit turned into a stressful and upsetting experience. After years of being a loyal customer, I was shocked at how poorly this was handled. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to other families.

Last Saturday was my first time to visit the Buzz Trampoline Park. It was such an amazing experience to find that there were no queue to enter to a magnificent place. All the time was spent exploring the park finding various rides to go on each time. Kids loved it, so much so that they would not like to leave. This definitely means visiting again soon during the coming weekends.

This is a great experience and loved by all the kids, it was mega busy when we were there and lots of happy kids running around. Things that could have made the experience better were; there needs to be better signs for the upstairs seeing area. The car park is a nightmare and could do with fresh white lines to show appropriate parking spaces and a clear one way system for all cars

The kids had a great time and we will definitely go back. Toddler take over a great session for younger ones to go on the bigger trampolines. Lots of staff. It’s very busy, loud and low ceilings in the waiting room/ cafe downstairs so not too relaxing but we mainly came to jump and play. More space upstairs. Kids loved the arcade at the end before heading home.

Great place to occupy the whole family. Always updating the facilities. Recently had my son's 8th birthday party here and all 22 7 & 8 year olds had a great time, pizza & hot dogs in the party area went down very well.

Been bringing my 3x kids here since the start (when it was Go Air) and my 2x youngest have an annual pass. Brought them here today 27/12/2022 and the place was filthy (as per norm) went up to the cafe to order a nacho meal deal & drinks (unfortunately no nachos) so ordered a hot dog meal deal with a mocha for £4, when it came to paying I was told hot drinks aren’t in the meal deal (even though on the board it just says a drink). I then ordered a refillable soft drink cup for my boy, only to be told it’s the holidays and we don’t do the refillable cups during the holidays (it’s on the board). So ordered a regular Pepsi for my boy instead, I had to ask if the other half was coming later, only to be told it’s a regular drink in a large cup. About 20 mins later my eldest daughter went to get a regular Pepsi & came back with the same cup which was full. Come on Buzz, we’ll have to see what trading standards say about your blatant disregard for customers. I won’t be renewing the annual passes for my girls, we’ll just get some limitless ones instead.

Been to the swansea one a few times with my children and it's fantastic. Lots of variety for them to enjoy and 2 for the price of 1 hour on a Sunday is great. Loads of seating and they serve food and drinks. Toilets on site too and plenty of parking, which is free. A cracking place that I would visit again.

The children enjoyed bouncing while I enjoyed a nice cuppa. It was a pleasant experience. Although I noticed they timed the sessions to make sure the children were not on for more than an hour. It was enjoyable though..

TLDR; only worth the money for kids over 6 and teens and adults The toddler area is very small and limited. I would recommend if you have a child under 6 to go instead to a TOTS TAKE OVER session as your toddler might get bored of the small toddler section easily like mine did. I found it quite expensive for a toddler for what it was especially as I had to pay to accompany him. He did not enjoy himself. For adults and kids over 6 I think it's definitely a lot more fun and definitely worth the money.
