Prices are amongst the highest in the UK for tools and materials. Take forever to give me prices for items.
Ordered: Milwaukee packout 15" tote On their website and the receipt it said that my item will be delivered within 1-2 days; 4-5 days forward- not a sign of my tote. Called them - first an employee said he will put me through to 'a lady who's dealing with all the online orders' and then hang up on me. Second call - managed to get through to the 'lady' in question, she casually says - ah yes, your order has been cancelled and we've refunded you the money. No email /text message or a call apologising or advising me of the above situation. She said 'sorry'...well 'lady who deals with all the online orders '- sometimes 'sorry' isn't enough. Joke of a company; I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. SUBSTANDARD SERVICE. AVOID

The Staff on the counter have a great approach however they are controlled by others. The staff on the counter do Have 5* After purchasing a combination Mikita drill set. One of the chucks failed within 8 days not that it was in continues use for those days. The drill was returned and replaced. After 4 weeks the same again Chuck not giving the service that is expected. So back again.... this time our idea was to have a full refund and purchase Dewalt instead. But we are told it can not be returned and a refund obtained. It will have to go away for inspection. But what tools are we to use while this takes place? None! Who is paying for our down time? No one..why, we ask... so here we are waiting for the drill to be sent away for a replacement hi Chuck. Surely that if the goods are not fit for purpose then a refund should be available. Not to be told speak to Mikita which I did and they said the contract is with ECA Toolfast. ECA have taken the drill and will replace the chuck. But our confidence it Mikita tools is completely lost. Stick to DEWALT.
