   We had a great experience looking for and purchasing a Hot tub at the Swansea branch. We initially went for information and prices as searching for hot tub information online is a minefield! The shop in Swansea itself is great, a lot of spas on display, some with water in some without and all the different 'layouts' for each model are there in pictures to see. We spoke to Michelle and she was great, giving us loads of information and ideas and also showing us all the features of the Spas they had on display. She was very easy going allowing us (and our kids) to sit in the empty ones (the offer was there to sit in the filled ones if we had our bathers!) to get a feel for the positioning of the seats and loungers. We could also try the different jets/lights/ music features of the filled hot tubs. We felt no pressure to make any decisions there and then, we were actually encouraged to go away and have a think about it. We returned a tew weeks later, while in the meantime messaging Michelle asking questions about layout options (which were responded to quickly) with a better idea of what we wanted but not 100%. David was there this time and was equally helpful, no pushy salesperson talk, lots more questions from us and lots of great information to help us make our decision. Can't wait for the hot tub to arrive now! If anyone is thinking about a hot tub we can't recommend Dreamspas enough!

   We have just purchased a swim spa, the Danube. At the start David was informative, honest but not pushy, sadly we had to put the purchase on hold. When David had a 'too good to be true offer', he sent us a message with no 'sales' undertone, which we really appreciated. The process of purchase and preparation required was easy, any questions were answered quickly and any help was given easily and freely. The installation went smoothly and we can't wait to try it out. We cannot recommend David or Swansea Dreamspas enough! Thank you.

   We have been considering purchasing a hot tub for a few years so called to Swansea branch and had great service from David .He answered all out questions which helped us to make our decision to go for it .We had a potential access problem but both David & the guy who did the site visit were really helpful and helpful . Can[t wait for delivery now ! Updated - Delivery and installation was hassle free with Dale & Tom providing excellent service and running through everything with us . David & Michelle in the showroom have continued to give great service answering our questions. We are absolutely loving our spa - using it most days . We have never been so popular !

   Terrible service. Bought a hot tub 18 months ago and the first time I tried to drain it I couldn't due to a fault. After several phone calls, the operations manager came out and confirmed it was faulty. He came back a second time and eventually managed to undo the valve to release the water. This year, I have exactly the same issue and keep being told j have to pay £85 for an engineer to come out - no one is taking any responsibility. This is not the first time I've had an issue. The delivery guys literally dumped the hottub in my garden and "had to leave to go to drop off a £30k swim spa to Cheltenham but can you leave a 5 star review". I didn't and then a review appeared, not written by me, in my name, singing the praises of the company!!! I have cancelled my "service" agreement as, to be honest, it is a waste of money when the company clearly doesn't provide a service.

   We bought our spa from the Llansamlet, Swansea showroom. We were very impressed with the whole buying and delivery experience. We dealt with David at the showroom and he has been fantastic even with after sales support. We went to a number of competitors showrooms and found Swansea the best by far even had a wet test because the shower facilities etc were that good. My wife and I felt confident with our purchase due to Dave’s knowledge and experience . The delivery team also need a mention as the location of the spa was tricky involving a specialist spider crane but all went smoothly. The crane guys from Portacover and the Dreamspas team worked exceptionally well together to get the job done . We are very pleased with our selection of the Malaga premium and we have used it almost daily. We would and have recommended the Swansea Dreamspas showroom/ products to friends.

   After having a garden renovation me and my husband decided to get a hot tub, we found Dreamspa’s by accident and we’re so happy we did. We went in with an idea of what we wanted but were open to suggestions, we spoke with David and after a few questions he showed us the Wellis Malaga, he went over all the features and we showed him the plans we had for our garden, we decided to shop around a bit before committing and after going to a few different stores we just kept coming back to the Malaga every time. After some delays with the garden work we decided to just go back and have a look and after speaking to David again we just decided we’d waited long enough let’s go for it. We were so lucky they had our exact model in the colours we wanted in stock so we had a very quick turn around of about 10 days, we do have a very steep driveway so we’re worried about delivery but after speaking with the team at Wellis we were able to work out that scaffolding would be best so we didn’t need to have a crane luckily as this was a bit of a sticking point with us. I cannot fault the delivery team at all they were brilliant, they manoeuvred our hot tub into place while barely breaking a sweat. Phil and Dale were fantastic and showed us how to use everything, they helped us so much and went above and beyond, we honestly couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend from start to finish.
