   We have used Total Tools a few times and been really impressed by their service. We have hired tools, had our tools repaired and bought new items from them. The team in the shop are always happy to help and will do their best to see you right.

   If it’s a repair you need I’d recommend you walk away and find someone else. I wish I had read the reviews re their repair service prior to using them as clearly I’m not the first person to of experienced what can only be described as sharp practise ! Long story short dropped a pressure washer off for simple repair as needed a frayed mains lead replaced. Paid a £25 booking in fee when I dropped it off. A week later I’m told it was not repairable as it’s a sealed unit. £25 fee NOT refundable. On collection they had also severely cracked the plastic housing and it transpires the £25 fee is NON refundable whether they repair or not. I took it elsewhere locally and it was repaired within half an hour !!!! Unbelievable. Nice little scam taking £25 off every client booking repairs in then, simply returning them after doing nothing and keeping all those £25 !!! Be warned!!!!!

   Last summer, my father in law brought his lawnmower to this service center. Unfortunately, it took them quite a while to examine it, and they ultimately condemned it, citing issues with the big ends on the engine and claiming the lawnmower was unfixable due to the 'engine knocking'. After paying a £30 diagnostic fee upon collection yesterday, my father in law decided to seek a second opinion from another local repairer being as he was sure the lawnmower was not destroyed. To our surprise, the second expert discovered that the rear-to-front linkage was disconnected, and the stop cable was trapped under the manifold. Contrary to the initial diagnosis, the engine was not damaged at all, and the lawnmower is now in perfect working condition. Regrettably, we were not satisfied with the service provided here and do not plan on returning in the future.

   A great business to deal with. I dropped my lawnmower into them one afternoon (not booked) for an oil change. Expected it to be a couple of days, however they rang me a couple of hours later having completed the work early. They washed it and helped me get it into the car. Fabulous, no nonsense service and I would thoroughly recommend. Many thanks

   I used these a few times always happy with the service 5 stars previous review edited today.. reason for edit i put a makita concrete saw in here ,, it never came out , I chased it up many times over months .. avoided my calls no updates so I end up writing a £400 tool off which was working with a slight fault when handed in .. I would avoid anything to technical with this lot

   First time I have used Total Tools in Nantwich after being recommended to me. Must say the service has been first class and went out of their way to help me in a crisis! Will definitely be my go to place for all my machinery repairs in the future. Even ended up buying a new top of the range mower from them, and they were also very competitive in that deal. Thanks guys and keep up the excellent service.
