DISGRACEFUL CROOKS! Do not buy here - they take your money, then dissolve and set up the next day under the same name, branding, website etc, all 'legal'! But don't fulfil your order. Just tell you to go to your bank to get your money back! Absolutely disgusting. AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Why on earth should our banks bail out companies like this? Oh, and I couldn't get my money back! So thanks guys for stealing my money. The one star isn't by choice. You would get minus stars if Google gave the option. Absolutely disgusted by your team who just don't care, and what you have done to goodness knows how many people.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Items turned up damaged, after a couple of weeks they offered a ridiculous £100 compo for a damaged bench, and also a chip out of the table. I turned it down as I wanted a replacement and whilst trying to arrange delivery date for replacements, had an email saying that they’d gone bust and I have to keep the damaged items and get no compo. Basically they’re still trading, but under a new name. I now get no replacement, no compo and no 7 year gaurantee like promised, and stuck with a damaged bench and table. Absolute sharks!!!
My friend advised me that this was a new Garden furniture shop so I went to have a look. Very surpised that the staff don't even acknowledge you. As first impressions last, I'll assume that if there were a problem with anything purchased they'd take on the same attitude. I will purchase from John Lewis. It's easier!
Awful service. Dismissed as a genuine customer. Do yourself a favour, spend your money with a competitor - half the price, as good a product and far better customer service
The Chap in the shop was really helpful, talked us through everything and got us the quote over when he said he would.

Disinterested and bored staff, despite no other customers being in the shop. I will be purchasing online instead, but it was a shame to have a wasted journey.
