   UPDATE: Contacted store after seeing their response. Was told somone on holiday and I spoke to the owner Had no idea of anything as it seems one person does as they please inc all the emails etc. Not a great way of running a business!!!. No idea what I had brought as not noted but ar least I had my sales invoice. Was told he needs to speak this one person and would call me back. Unfortunately this never happended. So ita clear if you have a complaint they dont want to know. This review is a little late but everytime I sit at the table I think this must be done. When we moved we decided everything must be brought Local. We had been looking for a Dining Room table and chairs and reserved one with chairs from this shop. Due to moving we were told they could hold it. So we paid for it and that was that. We rang and said when can we collect and was told anytime it's already to collect. Great. We will be with you within the hour. We arrived and parked a little awkward in the street expecting to run in. We found find the salesman on his hands and kness muttering taking the legs off and making a easy job looking like major surgery. We were shown where the chairs were then when funished was shocked to see a oak table being lifted out of the shop. Their was no protective wrapping around either top or legs to protect it.. The chairs were in two big boxes but the table which was oak no effort to protect it came from the store. When we finally got the table up we noticed the chairs were probably not for the table yet being sold as table and chairs. As who sits with their nose in in their dinner like a chad. The chairs are cheap and not well made. So we have had to invest in 6 new chairs and looking around and seeing the same table (alot cheaper) elsewhere. The 4 chairs we got with the table as a package (not 6 which seems to be the standard with our table being an extendable one) are not the ones that orginally came with the table as the seat height of the chairs with ours were not the same as the ones that came with the table. They are wood and fabric. Ours were all fabric with very little seat padding which has already sunk to nothing. Everyone says buy local, but you expect good service, and good quality. Neither we got from this particular salesman. sadly I would have done better going to a national after the adding expense of new chairs..

I arranged from the items to be delivered to South London, both very well packed individually. I will certainly be keeping my eye on their website for any more items.    Bought some bedroom furniture from these recently, wanted to use a small local firm instead of the big names, was initially happy but discovered slight damage on the wardrobe, I ordered another item too but never hear from them i have phoned once and was told they haven't had a delivery yet.
