   Love the place , it is very dangerous to take your wife there !!! You won't walk a way empty handed. The furniture they sell are beautiful!!! Very difficult to choose as everything is super nice and luxurious,also they have a coffee shop there , no words , coffee delicious, cakes amazing food excellent. Well ,who ever running and managing this place is genius!!! Well done definitely coming back .

   Roy and Stuart were the most kind and caring delivery drivers. They treated my mattress like it was theirs and the attention to detail was incredible. I have never had such a lovely and positive delivery experience - they both care and take pride in their work which is a rarity today. Their communications were amazing. They were beyond polite. They are an asset to the Lucas store! Lucas has my business going forward and I will recommend them to anyone.

   Popped into Lucas Furniture “just to have a look” and ended up mentally redecorating half the house. The showroom is huge, bright and airy, with a massive range of sofas from ultra contemporary styles to more traditional designs, plus beds, carpets and rugs. There really is something to suit most tastes. Plenty of free, easy parking, electric car charging and even an onsite coffee shop, so you can easily spend a couple of hours there without feeling rushed. They’re also open till 8pm on Mondays and Thursdays, which made it much easier to visit around work and family. What I really liked was not being pounced on the second we walked in. We were left to browse in peace, and when we did want to talk to someone, the staff were extremely helpful and offered solid advice. We were honestly spoilt for choice. Would highly recommend a visit if you’re looking for new furniture.

   A huge new shop devoted to sofas and accompanying items. Easy to access with plenty of parking on the west side of Aylesbury. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. There is a whole range, from low-backed modern for young people to high-backed supportive for older folk. Cheap to super expensive bespoke Scandinavian. Other stores just have the same generic Chinese sofas in every shop. None of that here, only the good stuff.

   Ordered my first set of furniture from Lucas - the snuggle Elsa and small Elsa. When there was an issue with my order Lucas went above and beyond, going as far as to get a specialist over to see if they could pull apart the too big sofa I had previously ordered that couldn't get through the awkwardly placed front door of my flat. (The poor delivery guys were more upset about it than I was!) Unfortunately they couldn't get it to come apart but at least they tried! I've since ordered a smaller sofa, which I still really love. I just have a bit more space for a dining table now! Big thanks to Prasad who has helped me with my order from the start, organising the above for me and getting everything sorted straight away.

   We bought a 3 piece suite from Lucas the service was great and customer service was good my concern is how it was made 3 of the legs could not be fully fitted on the day of delivery one due to the fact that the bolts would not screw into the socket’s problem with the threads. The other two legs the holes in the legs did not line up with the socket in the base. One leg had to be screwed to the base the other two was a mixture of bolts and screws to hold it in place. The settees look great and are very comfortable the worry is how well have they been made

   First time we have been in the new shop. AMAZING!!! Previous furniture came from their old location on Rabens Lane and as it's time to renew we've gone back to the same company as the quality of the stuff they sell is exquisite. Customer Service is second to none!
