   Avoid at all costs!!! I purchased a kitchen and the quality is awful. I bought 4 hobs but only 2 work and been told after numerous engineer visits that that’s the way it’s intended. Why purchase 4 when only 2 will work? The customer service is rude told “do what you want for all I care” from a manager, when asked what we can do to resolve. Product was within warranty too and customer service ignore emails and calls too. Tumble dryer takes over 3 hours to dry clothes too.

   After using this branch for at least 10 years I won’t be stepping back in here after the terrible customer service I have just received from Paul the manager a couple of other staff members to both me and my customer. There’s plenty of branches nearby to use and a number of other kitchen suppliers in the area. Such a shame as I’ve recently sent a few jobs their way and have a lot of large projects coming up that I’ll now have to use another supplier for.

   They supplied a washer/dryer as part of new kitchen, it stopped working after only 6 months when phoned them got fobbed off and told to talk to manufacturer but my contract is with them as a follow up now a second repair is necessary and this time they did not even bother getting back to me terrible customer service with a dont care attitude
