Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. There was staff everywhere and so welcoming. Spoke with Mira who sold us our bed and frame and gave us options to suit our needs. Also I recommend to anyone to get tested on the bed pro to understand your ideal bed suited to your sleeping style and needs. Great parking also.

Prash was a very good retail consultant. He welcomed us courteously, gave us as much space and time as we needed to explore the range and try things out. He answered all our questions professionally, with good product knowledge. He gave helpful guidance whenever asked. Best of all, there was no pressure-selling. We liked his approach to customer service a lot!
Delivery team were brilliant - phone call before delivery and prompt arrival. Even though there were vehicles blocking my road they brought the mattress in, unpacked it, gave me the leaflet and checked all was good before leaving. Polite and professional from start to finish.
Decided on a mattress in store but the price when purchasing was different than advertised. The manager wouldn’t honour the advertised price insisting the sales assistant used her family discount which was still 10% more than price shown. Awful.
Goods perfectly wrapped and excellent condition. Delivery team courteous, friendly and nothing too much trouble. Kept us fully updated on delivery times and even covered their shoes to protect my carpet. Delivered to room of choice. A credit to the Bensons team.
Strongly advise to avoid this company. No commitment to customers at all. They will say/ promise whatever you want to hear just to get the conversation over. Then, you will have to keep chasing them on daily basis because there is nothing else you can do. Should have received our wardrobe on 23 Dec. It was their promise to close the deal that I would have it on this date. I called them a week earlier to make sure it would be delivered on that date, took the day off and guess what? It was missing parts! So since then I am calling them almost on daily basis and every time they come up with a different excuse, a new problem, call back promise (which never happens) but no answers. You will waste your time and money if you go with this company.
The delivery people didn’t care about dirt on the packaging and their shoes, leaving dirt on the staircase railing, ceiling, mud on the carpet and worst of all made a stain on the brand new mattress when unpacking. The mattress feels nothing like the one we tried in shop, we might have been incorrectly told that the display one is firm rather medium. This leaves us with an uncomfortable mattress that has been cosmetically damaged and cannot be returned or resold for good price due to the stain. Also, we now need to repaint parts of the ceiling above staircase where it got chipped.
Most frustrating company I have ever dealt with. It's been 3 months since I went into store to purchase an ottoman bed & mattress. The delivery was long but I accepted that until they turned up on the day of delivery with a broken mattress. Even the delivery driver said they wouldn't accept it & it was clear it was broken before they put it in. They offered £150 compensation (not much on a 2k sale but they refused to give anything further) It's now been just under 4 weeks since then & I had heard nothing about delivery of the new mattress baring in mind I was told it would take a further 2-6 weeks so I call them & I'm told they made another mistake, the delivery driver put it as delivered so they still have not ordered another mattress which for them to do would take 'approximately' another 4 weeks. They refuse any further compensation when I spent just under 2 hours on the phone trying to sort it out, were sleeping on our sofa now because we cannot even use the bed frame at all because they have locked the frame so it's just sitting in our bedroom with the frame open & when I asked to speak to a manager all I'm told is that they won't be able to change anything. Absolutely appalling service. Steer clear of them (I have attached photos I took of the photos the delivery driver took of our mattress which you can clearly see is broken & also is obvious you can see is broken when it was placed there)
