I would like to thank Mark Plant for his dedication and help over his years at City Plumbing. He as resolved many problems over the years many caused by situations out of his control. He is a valid member of your team but I am saddened to hear he will be leaving for pastures new. What ever you do, don't waste your time asking for a quotation on.line. The one that proudly says "quotes within 4 hours". You will get nothing. Spent 20 minutes making the list for them, waited a bit over a day, then bit the bullet and phoned them. The reply was and I quote (pardon then pun) "We don't know how to access the system, but I will phone the head office, and find out for you".......... Need I say more..............
