   I write a lot of reviews, but most of them are usually when something has gone wrong, so this experience genuinely deserved a positive one. On my first visit to Sofology and it was quite few, Hema made me feel welcome and comfortable straight away and took the time to show me a wide range of sofas. The Oskar sofa immediately stood out to me, and I really loved the design and feel of it. I came back several times, and each time Hema was patient and attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me rather than just making a sale. When I visited with my husband I completely changed my mind,and it was great that she never rushed me or pressured me. Instead, she took the time to listen, talk everything through, and offer thoughtful, practical ideas. I had concerns about sizing and layout, and Hema clearly knew the products well and helped me find a solution that actually worked for my space. I am very indecisive and struggle to make decisions, but she remained calm, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. In the end, I purchased the Plaza sofa and I’m extremely happy with my choice. Hema’s knowledge, patience, and genuine care for the customer made this a standout experience. She is a real asset to Sofology and someone any manager should be proud to have on their team. I have to add that Hema made me a coffee, and although it was just from the machine, it tasted surprisingly good and we laugh that it was made with genuine warmth and care from her. The whole team at the Milton Keynes store is also fantastic — friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with.

   Ray was brilliant! Lovely experience, was a very helpful gentleman. Gave us all the help and answers we needed to place our order with him. We had so many doubts before walking into the store and Ray pleasantly ironed them out! Looking forward to our new sofas!

   DON'T BUY FROM HERE IN CASE YOU NEED AFTER CARE Have a problem with my 8 month old sofa. despite filling in their forms and their social media promising a reply in 48hrs i'm still waiting 2 weeks later. dreadful customer service, Emailed, called and visited with no resolution

   Bought a sofa and has a fault, filled out the forms and sent to them, chased as didn't hear back, still no reply! Not a happy customer poor service update, 9 days later - still not heard back despite calling and emailing twice!

   Worst customer service i have ever encountered and massive delays on receiving our order. In the store they told us that our order should be completed in max 8 weeks and its been 12 already.. and on top of everything they have half of our order already in stock but they wont deliver it to us because one of the sofas is delayed and we place everything in one order… and I already paid them one sofa!! .. so basically I paid in advance for a sofa that it is in stock and they wont deliver it to me because they are late on sending me the second sofa. As I say worst customer service ever. I will definitely never ever buy here again specially because I only found after the fact that If I cancel I lose my deposit. Well done Sofology, great business model.

   One of my best furniture shops the salespeople are very friendly and helpful and a big shop great sofas and a great disabled lift they have very quiet on school days ive been here alot during the covid-19 i went yesterday and Thursday I had a look around but didnt test the sofas but didn't go in their lift today I had the whole upstairs floor to myself
