   I lost my van keys while loading my van. I went back to the store as I thought I had dropped them in the trolly I returned. They were really helpful, just wanted to thank them for their efforts. Keys were returned to Bensons we had not been in there Again thanks for the fantastic customer service. Also Gary on the wallpaper is a star my wife really did appreciate his help both times when we have placed orders. Staff training works. Happy new year to you all.

   Great customer service from Milton Keynes Dunelm. My Girlfriend and I visited the store on Sunday Afternoon and were browsing for bedding. A young shop assistant with glasses ( sorry didn’t get her name) offered to help us. She was so helpful and friendly and could not do enough to help us, nothing was too much trouble. A delight to shop in the store. Well done.

   Best apple pie I’ve ever had! Shops is alright but the cafe is perfect. I’ve bored all my social circle telling them how good the apple pie is. Worth a visit just for that. Not too sweet!

   Nadine was really unprofessional with me, I asked a member of staff for assistance and they were struggling to locate an item while still being helpful. She came over as a manager and started giving this visibly young member of staff a hard time and I was DISGUSTED by this unprofessional behaviour. Not coming back don't recommend.

   Free parking outside for up to three hours. Toilets inside. A cafe. One of the largest dunelms I've actually seen. Very clean and tidy inside with plenty of staff. Till service was fast and efficient with plenty of space for everyone. My only criticism is that the cafe staff don't actually seem to want to be there. I was stood there for so long ignored, I wondered if I should serve myself to food.... Still, everyone has a bad day, so I hope next time will be better.... !

   Busy. Well stocked. Always something useful to buy and a good option when you cannot find something elsewhere. Sometimes let down by slow till area - perhaps should use a separate desk for returns. Paid visit on 23/3/23 - took two cushions and started to queue - about 6 people ahead of me - one of the two cashiers just wandered off so returned items to shelf. Young lady at entrance was very professional and pleasant though.

   A good range of stock in all colours and areas, the christmas stock is very good Santa would be proud. I think this store could do with being bigger some of the stock and shelves seen a little close together. Good parking friendly staff

   Dunelm itself is great and has a great range of bedding an household items. Till queue management an issue as there was a big queue when I was there and only 2 till operatives. The till ladies were lovely but they need more support when the queue is busy.

   My wife dragged me around the shop last Saturday. We bought some things and spent 15 minutes in a queue to pay for them. We wanted to return 2 of the items, so on Wednesday I drove back as we had paid with my card. I spent another 15 minutes in a queue (sending my wife photos of queue as it went down very slowly) and the items were refunded ok. Overall, the shop seems pretty good, but the experience reminded me why I only shop online, mostly Amazon.
