We did the two zip lines and it was amazing, staff were brilliant and honestly made the whole experience. The whole thing took about 1 hour 30 and we had a full group, you all get into gear together then it’s a short minibus journey to the top of the first zip. Once the group is all done it’s a short walk all together to the second zip. I would 100% recommend - but take gloves if you’re doing it in the colder months!!!

If you like adventures, then this is a must. All the staff are so lovely and helpful. The safety checks are above and beyond. From being weighed, kitted up then transported by bus/car up to the tower. Safety checks are also done again before you set off. Not just one zip wire but two. Sadly the weather wasn't the best, it rained and the mist came down so we didn't get to experience the beautiful views. It just gives us an excuse to do it again. We used a 50% voucher over the half term holidays. It was a very memorable day for my Grandsons 9th birthday. Highly recommendable

Zip World was a blast. Definitely going again. The staff do such a good job with sensing #PeopleCare and keeping it fun and safe… from what I could tell. We plan to go back tomorrow afternoon to do a long zip line, today we mostly did a mini rollercoaster thing in the rain, which made it fun! The masked human monsters made a lot of us laugh and laugh! The best? At the very end of the night the masks came off and we got to hear about their free lives.

Good place to have some fun, nice variety of activities to do too. The staff are really friendly and knew their stuff. They have started charging for the car park, unless you book 2 activities it will cost you £3 for your stay which you need to pay for on a parking app, there are no machines I saw to pay at. The toilets need some attention, the seats weren’t on properly and only one soap dispenser out of 4 had any soap in it. It wasn’t very clean in there either.

Fantastic experience even if the weather is not. Greatly organized for big groups as ours (28people). Professional and positive stuff. Plenty of safety checks and double checks to ensure that everyone arrives safe back to the base stage. The ride itself gives a bit of fear shortly gates open but is worth just say "let's do it" and do it.

Stopped here on our way home from West Wales, loved the whole experience. We only did the small one, but still fun! Plenty of free parking, well organised, both our instructors were friendly, welcoming and professional, and a good cafe. The only thing I'd say is the prices seem quite high which was the main reason we didn't do the big one (£55 each). Will be back when I'm next in the area though.

Fantastic experience. Staff were all really friendly and reassuring. We always felt safe. There are 2 separate ziplines that bring you back down to the start, both with 4 lines each. Fast and exciting. There is also a nice cafe bistro on site for food and drinks. Ample free parking.

Amazing! I was a bit nervous before but the staff were all friendly and very professional. The whole place was run efficiently and all the staff from the check in to the zip lines were all brilliant. The zip lines themselves are over quite quickly the first one is about 40 seconds and the second one about 30 seconds. It is pricey but to be honest - is rather pay extra for a tip tier experience which this was. My 13 year old son loved it and we will definitely be back with the rest of the family.
