   This is my local tesco, most of the staff are lovely..but have seen on Facebook one of the workers "L*****" were done for neglect of animal. When I realised who it was I wasn't shocked, how she speaks to customers and speaks about her peers is horrible. I dont go in there anymore as she makes me feel uncomfortable. Shame really the majority of staff is lovely.

   Nice and local. Great staff that help you Great selection of essentials and more things that you may need Only marked 4 as many of the products are more expensive than Tesco supermarkets stores. But they are great for being local and opening for longer.hours

   You would think the staff are MI5 when you’re trying to collect an Evri parcel. I headed down there with the collection email to get my delivery, The staff member asked if I’d got any ID- I didn’t take my bag as in most instances you’re only asked to present the relevant email on collection, which was on my phone. The two staff behind the till insisted I show physical ID because they didn’t want to risk giving me the wrong parcel. I showed them that the email clearly had my full name on. They said it didn’t prove that was actually me or even my email. But said they’d accept a bank card- that would also only have my name on, same as the email, and that also doesn’t prove it’s me or that it’s even my card either. C’mon guys, let’s have a bit of common sense here. Don’t say you’ll accept a bank card if you won’t accept an email addressed with my full name. I didn’t argue as it wouldn’t change anything. But the policy lacks sense.

   My favourite grocery store. I will always shop here but I will NEVER use whoosh delivery ever again. Items were missing but my points were still used and I ended up paying full amount for items I didn't get.
