Just popped in to get a few things. I witnessed a member of staff talking to a 90 year old gentleman. He was polite and asked where are the ready made Jim meals are .she treated him so unpleasant. Rude.and didn't have the manners to show the gentleman where the jim meals were ..so I ask the gentleman if I could help . Then I asked the male manager where the meals were. And asked him to also have a word with the member of staff. He the manager looked at the elderly man and just pointing ready meals are down there! Wow iceland if you want customers to continue shopping there I suggest you pull these 2 members of staff up , Then you've got Linda on the till who by the way is so helpful. Polite. Well manners. Respect costs nothing! 2 very rude ignorant people.... Respect your elders

Have done my main shop.here a couple of times now and I've found it convenient with a good choice. Ok it's not got the similar product choice like Aldi, Tesco, asda but their product range is of great quality the price is not the cheapest but for the quality you can't complain. Great delivery options too with great staff Very well done Iceland

On a couple of occasions offers on products have not gone through correctly. At Christmas I asked if I had any money on my bonus card to which I was told no. I received an email a couple of weeks after telling me I had credit on there. I just feel I have to double check my shopping when I go.

Iceland is a great little shop. Always fully stocked. The staff are all warm and welcoming and can't do enough to help you. They even go out their way to help if they can.

As per usual, got the majority of my shopping at Iceland (and cheaper than Morrison’s /Asda) but was spot on for the essential bits and bobs I wanted. What really topped it off though was my delivery by a relief driver, who rang me to say he was unsure of “exactly” where he was headed, I directed him, and to my immense satisfaction was outside within a few minutes, offered to carry my shopping up 2 flights of stairs to my flat....which I said I could manage, as I can appreciate what a tight schedule they must adhere to. He was a true and polite gentleman, I would strongly recommend especially as he lives at Blythe Bridge, that if a vacancy became available at Cheadle, that you snap his hand off! He did tell me his name, but I had forgotten in the meantime, but I am sure you will know who I mean,! Regards
