Self checkout stop working on me today and Sainsbury’s staff done everything they could to help. They even tried scan for me all shopping again but I refused as they was really busy and done by myself. They was very helpful and kind so big thank you to them. Also I was reversing on car park when one of the staff members was moving trolleys and he stopped to give me chance to reverse. It was very busy day for me and I was really tired but those guys just made my day. Thank you for that

Always find what I need. Regular customer, I visit at least once every 2 weeks. The last visit was quite disappointing as when I paid for my items at self checkout, I forgot to pick up something else off my list, so I went back just after paying as I was still in the store. I was standing at the end of the isle no longer than 5 minutes. I was looking on my phone to decide which item I needed. The security guard came up to me and said "do you need anything you have been here for a while"? Sorry what!??? Would you have approached an elderly person in the same way? I am SHOPPING I have a right to take my time and decide what I need without you thinking I am stealing something as I had to bend down to the bottom shelf to pick something up and scan the bottle For goodness sake. Unless I am a guy walking around with a hood on looking shady and picking things up without paying, then I understand.

Can't park without paying and then when they don't have what you want, you can't get your money back! Needed to use the photo booth in the entrance, as well, and it was out of order! It's difficult to get into the car park and then you can't go in until you pay. Won't be going again. At least one of the staff was helpful, but the other was rude!

All staffed checkouts were closed. I thought we would have a few more years before we start to see this. Why would I choose to do something that others get paid for? I will not be returning. If I wanted to scan shopping; I would work in a shop.

Seemed very cramped inside and not the widest of aisle. Normal good selection of products. There is an initial charge for carpark but reclaim on payment in the store.

Found everything we wanted and used the self service. Quick and efficient visit. Some great offers on wines at 25 % off if you buy six bottles. These offers run frequently. 20% off clothing usually after a bank holiday. Still no delicatessen or meat and fish counters which is a shame Bakery is fine but often products are over cooked and unappealing . Cafe about to close . This store is not doing as well as it used to due to better prices in Aldi .
