This store has gone downhill. Staff are inconsistent. Once again the same checkout supervisor refused to open a checkout and insisted that it was self checkout only despite me having a full trolley. When a different member of staff was on duty a couple of weeks ago they happily opened a checkout.
Great value, super customer service, fantastic parking arrangement
Cheaper than Tesco, but there again, who isn't. Plenty fresh produce here and very helpful staff.

Biggest Aldi I have ever visited. It was neat, plenty of parking and the staff was friendly. I bought some digestives and delicious crumpets.

I only give ALDI a low score simply because of the hassle with Parking eye causing difficulty with an elderly disabled shopper.Their car parks are limited to 90mins, which for me is great but for my Mum who treats it as a day out and loves to have a good look at all the specials, it's very very stressful to receive fines for £70 in the post, more so if you've lost your receipt. 120minutes would be more convenient, especially in the Holmes Chapel store where its based on the very outskirts of town.
Will not buy meat from here again. Buy with good dates, open the pack in two days - meat stinks. It’s been like this for months and months. Beef or chicken, makes no difference - all stinks so bad it cannot be eaten. Sort yourself out Aldi. When buying meat from other supermarkets - no smell. This is ridiculous. The amount of meat we have thrown away in the last couple of years from Aldi is unbelievable. You should really refund us for this. Lower price than other supermarkets makes no difference anymore as meat is thrown away. There is something really wrong in your supply chain! Sort it out!!
