   I recently purchased a cage (Kings Cage M) from the Bird Loft. I live in sweden so it became quite a hassle for the shop to deal with post-brexit trade rules but they made a great effort and at a most reasonable extra charge made sure i fot the cage. Service was prompt and they were very nice and easy to communicate with. Truly service above and beyond! I, and my african grey Chiro rate these fine gentlemen an easy five stars. I can highly recommend the Bird Loft!

   Purchased a beautiful parrot cage, which was delivered very quickly, but unfortunately the manufacturer sent 2 packages, one for the cage I purchased and the 2nd package unfortunately was for another cage, but the next morning I phoned and spoke to Christine, who can I say was an absolute star, all day she was keeping me updated with what was going on, then the next day the correct package turned up, and now my african grey Rocky has a beautiful new cage, cannot fault at all, Christine is amazing
