   Went there tonight 22/04/2024 for olio collection arrived early went in at 8:08 as didn’t want to be late as was my first pick up there and let them no and said hi I’m early I’m here to collect an olio collection (wasn’t ready because I was early obviously) collection time 8.30 can I just say thank you to the member of staff who helped me and showed me were everything was I needed to collect and take in 3 parts of the store made me feel at ease and helped me with everything was extremely kind I was extremely nervous you made my experience 1,000 better a store I would be happy to collect from again thank you so very much

   My daughter went in last weekend and bought a meal deal. The lad at the till said contactless hadn’t gone through. My daughter advised the payment had, he called the manager who very rudely told my daughter she needed to pay again. My daughter showed her the proof that the payment had gone through the bank. The manager basically called her a liar, threw her out of the store and didn’t let her take the goods. I think the area manager really needs to look in to how this store is managed as there are a number of bad reviews.

   At 17:30pm 28/09/2020, I was in the store with 3 customers NOT wearing masks, none of the staff challenged them. Is it not £1000 fine for businesses not enforcing government guidelines?
