   If I could give it zero I would. There's a certain member of staff there that's always that is just rude and unhelpful and doesn't care about customer service what so ever. I don't know how he got the job but I won't be coming back and londis need to reconsider how they hire and check the staff and listen to customer feedback more

   I am a student at Staffordshire university. The people working at this store are absolutely horrible people. Even though I have been a regular customer, they have been terrible and rude. I was stuck outside my home and needed some help to charge my phone for just a minute, but all they did was scream at me and try and chase me down. As a young student this was a horrifying experience and I can’t believe people at this store are so unwilling to help. I will never go to Londis again and wouldn’t suggest anyone else to visit buy anything from there too.

   Went for buying some drinks there today and the person at the till SARWAJINI was an absolutely annoying person. Seems like an idiot and kept talking until I told him to shut the f up. He shouldn't be in this job.
