   Ordered my dog food from animed for first time, delivery states 2 to 4 days. After 5 days I hadn't received it and noticed not even received a dispatch notice , tried calling on Friday midday and states office shut. Email sent and got reply the next afternoon saying been delay dispatching and will add to priority list, 8 days after ordering still not received goods. Looking at all recent reviews seems I'm not the only one

   Animed are a poor organisation lack of care for customer satisfaction- to add onto my one star review from trust pilot I asked two days ago to be called regarding a massive error made on my order get an email to say they have removed an item of medication off my order that my cat relies on held back her solensia which is a time constraint product to administer I asked to be called to discuss over the phone two days later still no phone call GO ELSE WHERE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMALS OR YOURSELF AS A CUSTOMER THEY MASSIVELY PUT SHAME ON THE VETERINARY WORLD- I will continue to be posting updates on my case until someone calls me and I will be calling every day because what your doing is allowing my cat to suffer NOT FROM MY OWN DOING MAY I ADD AS I ORDERD MY ITEMS WELL IN ADVANCE SORT IT OUT!!!

   I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience regarding the delivery and availability of products from your company. Firstly, my order (3001796076), which I placed on the 16th of August, was scheduled for delivery in 2-4 days. However, I was disappointed to learn that it did not arrive until much later than promised. This delay not only disrupted my plans but also eroded my trust in your company's reliability. Additionally, I noticed that the item I had ordered was not in stock when I called customer service. This is extremely frustrating, as I had chosen your company for its advertised availability and prompt service. Not being able to receive the product I was looking forward to has left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I understand that occasional delays can happen, but the lack of communication regarding the status of my order and the availability of products is concerning. I believe improvements in these areas are crucial if you wish to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. Thank you for taking the time to address my concerns. I hope to see better communication and product availability in the future.

   Placed a number of orders for Dog food as the price is very competitive. The delivery is always as expected. My last order was a little last minute and I noticed it has not been processed for a couple of days. I phoned to make sure everything was OK, customer service was great and the food was immediately dispatched and arrived next day. Excellent service.

   Just my personal experience been ordering for nearly a year now, regularly getting my dogs urinary S/O dog food alot cheaper than elsewhere. Packing is always presentable and sturdy, postage cost are good. This far I can not complain.

   Very disappointed. I ordered medication for my dog in January. Two days later my vet forwarded the relevant prescription to Animed and it was uploaded and visible on my account. Two weeks later, Animed still hadn't connected the two things and the medicine was overdue. I called but couldn't speak to anyone so, as advised, I left a voicemail. No callback. I tried again the next day and eventually got through to be assured it would be resolved and I'd get a call back to confirm. 24 hours later no callback again. I called a third and fourth time and finally talked through the problem step-by step with someone. I was told it would be taken care of straight away. That evening I get an email telling me half my order has been cancelled, but no explanation why. At this point I called for the fifth and final time to cancel the entire order, and went elsewhere. The medicine arrived within 48 hours from the other supplier. Animed are great when things go right, but terrible when things go wrong. I'm afraid I can't use a service I can't rely on to supply medicines for my pets so sadly must continue to go elsewhere.

   Prices are good, customer service is non existent to very bad at best, took an absolute age to get meds sent out, not their fault for the first few days, but then excuse after excuse as to why they weren't processed, so bad sent prescriptions to another company who processed then in two days. They were sharp enough getting the money for them out of the bank. Blamed the postal workers strike on one occasion as a reason they weren't sent and then had to ring them two days later as still not sent........ Never ever again......

   I regularly have special pills for my animal, however be aware, this company will continue to take money from your account without asking, even when they haven't received a re order. Another recent order they refused to send, despite a prescription, because there was a typing error, yet they still took the money from my account. It may pay the extra postage to get from another supplier. Very disappointed.

   Great value for money - 40% cheaper than my vet. Supply reliability is good. Whenever there has been a problem with supply it has been where there is zero National supply, ie Animed are not the lone issue. Logistics and supply are excellent. Only used customer service once and issue was sorted immediately by a human. Website feels a bit dated, but is reliable. Overall - a great supplier and help to me and my pooch.

   Unfortunately I've had to order pills for my dog. Best friend of close to 15 years now. However on a brighter note these guys have been great on both orders. My first order I had three different pills I had to send the prescriptions in due to government rules so can't complain on that, the medication arrived on the day they told me it would all well packaged. Also it was so much cheaper So my second order I just placed this for again another controlled medication. Once again I'll have to send in the prescription, not a problem from my vet I was looking at £64 a month for the pills. From here with express shipping the total was £14.29. Anytime I've asked a question I get a honest answer with no rubbish, honestly super happy with their work. They're also happy to have a little chat while you place the order everyone is super friendly The only improvement I'd suggest is advertising. I heard about them via my insurance (Animal Friends), maybe they could team up with some vets as it's not about profit it's about an animals well being and quality of life, a good vet will agree. I have told all my friends about them who have animals so they too can get great healthcare at an affordable price.
