   Went in to buy a monster for me and my girlfriends mum got served by this rude woman with blonde hair who asked for my girlfriends id she said it wasn’t for her but for her mum she then took one monster off me then come from behind the counter to us and took the other one away even tho i had id and shown it to her i have NEVER!! Had an experience like this and it needs to be sorted asap since kids are under age being severed for monsters red bulls and vapes i will never be going back again

   went in to get a bottle of water because it’s hot weather older man about 45 bombarded me saying i was banned from the shop which i’m not he then made me very uncomfortable by following me around and standing so close to me we were almost touching and other staff stared at me and smirked to the point i walked out of the shop crying (i am 14)

   Girlfriend tried buying 3 redbulls with her ID today, woman working with blonde hair asked for mine which i asked if college id was okay and she refused, mentioned the fact it was her buying and not me and we been served by two different people fine with two redbulls, she then said something like "your trying to buy more than one redbull so i cant serve you unless he has id" then asked if she can just buy one redbull as its hers and she refused. Dont get how it goes from not being able to buy more than one redbull to no redbulls at home. Never even seen her before. Hope she asks every grown women with a teen whos buying vapes or energy drinks for their ID cause it doesnt make sense just stupid, had a cocky attitude too.

   Went in today only to be met by a young guy with the moustache on the till who had no manners whatsoever. Please and thank you cost nothing and he was devoid of any manners. Whilst I was loading my items he was texting!! Get a grip Manager.

   Never open, rude staff. Doesn't open at 6am, opens late, doesn't close at 11pm closes early. Staff don't wear uniform. Those in uniform don't wear name badges, staff is rude and don't want to help.

   Very bad customer service, we had taken our small dog in as we needed a quick shop after a dog walk as there was no, no dog signs only to be confronted by a aggressive member of staff who was in our face's stating we had no common sense and even pushed my sister, after we conplain to the manager we left with no shopping

   Convenient without having to pay more than supermarket prices. Plenty of parking apart from school pick up times. Could do with a few more essential products but it's limited because of the size. Friendly staff.
