   Our kitchen renovation has just finished and we couldn’t be happier with our kitchen from Paul Rowles Kitchens. After getting quotes from a couple of large, well known kitchen firms we decided to look for a more local company and were immediately impressed with the quality of the kitchen in comparison to what we had already seen for a very similar budget. Customer service and communication has been fantastic throughout our renovation project with the team being really friendly, reliable and quick to respond. We are so pleased with the final result and would wholeheartedly recommend Paul Rowles kitchens over any of the larger firms - the customer service and quality far surpassed the others we saw.

   We honestly couldn’t be happier with Paul Rowles Kitchens! For months we had been hesitating to start our kitchen renovation because of all the horror stories we’d heard about delays and poor workmanship. We tried several of the big companies like Magnet, Ikea, and Wren, but none of their designs felt right and the reviews didn’t inspire confidence. Choosing Paul Rowles, a local independent business, was the best decision we made. From the very first meeting, Paul took the time to listen and created a design that really reflected our needs and taste. Everything was delivered exactly as promised – the work was finished on time, and his team were professional, friendly, and respectful throughout. Now we finally have our dream kitchen, and we cannot recommend Paul Rowles Kitchens highly enough!

   We are so pleased with our new kitchen! It has been really easy to get a lot of the design work done remotely and Liv was brilliant at responding quickly and making changes over email. We really appreciated their design ideas and attentiveness which have resulted in a great looking kitchen which is excellent quality and really works for us as a family. There were some details in the initial design we spotted and altered due to how we wanted the space to function (eg making sure island drawers and dishwasher didn't clash) but this was easily and quickly sorted. Some communication hiccups along the way but nothing of major significance. Overall a pleasant and stress free experience with a great result at a good price. Thank you very much to the whole team.

   we had been looking for companies to supply and fit our kitchen for a few months having tried some bigger companies where we felt like just another customer on a conveyor belt as well as being constantly let down by local independent kitchen fitters we decided to try Paul Rowles. Initially we had tried to avoid local independant kitchen companies as we thought that they would be far too expensive however Paul Rowles actually came in at around the same price as other companies for much better quality units, doors and appliances. The whole process has been very easy and all of the staff are very welcoming friendly and happy to help. Even a couple of small issues that we had with the kitchen were sorted quickly with no questions asked. The new product was ordered the same day the issue was reported and dates were quickly aranged for a return visit. The 2 kitchen fitters were also fantastic. overall we are extremely happy with our kitchen and we have been getting so many compliments from everyone who sees it. we would 100% reccomend using Paul Rowles Kitchens!!!

   Paul Rowles Kitchens designed and installed a fantastic new kitchen for us as part of an extension project and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Working from our very basic brief they came up with a brilliant, contemporary design which gets the most out of the space and has helped transform our home. Building an extension is a slightly nerve-wracking experience, but the team at Paul Rowles Kitchens worked closely with our builder to make it a really seamless process for us. Seeing the computer designs they produced was not only useful in helping us decide on the kitchen, but actually contributed towards the overall success of the project, as it helped us visualise other elements of the extension that had previously only existed on an architect’s line drawing. We changed our mind on a number of elements of the design throughout the process, but nothing was too much trouble for the team at Paul Rowles, and the designer Liv offered us fantastic advice throughout on everything from worktops to appliances. When it came to installation, our fitter Phil was really friendly and extremely skilled at his job, installing the kitchen quickly and efficiently and working flexibly around other traders. From start to finish we felt like we were in very safe, capable hands, and working with people who were as excited about our new kitchen as we were. The result is a stylish, modern new kitchen that we are extremely happy with.

   I'm incredibly happy with Paul Rowles and his team. Excellent quality kitchens, exemplary service, really nice fitters to work with who take their time to get it right, and a very good price. Miriam in particular was so helpful and patient with me throughout. I'm very fussy and they couldn't have done more to make sure that I was completely happy with the final result.

   Honestly if I could put more stars I would…I’m not even based in daventry! After having a shocking experience with a local rugby stockist I went to Paul Rowles & felt at home straight away…I was heavily pregnant & had builders in so the time frame was rapid as the other company had let me down on multiple occasions. Within a week Sara and Paul had my kitchen designed, a price was given & booked in for fitting. The builders weren’t on time, Paul rowles however happily moved their diary to suit & Phil & the team of fitters were amazing. I can not thank them enough, they were so easy to work with…if I ever move again expect a call. Many thanks Amy & family

   Had a great experience with PRK. We wanted to reconfigure our kitchen but retain as much of the original cabinetry as possible and the designer came up with a great layout which has worked so well and we are really pleased with. It looks great and has given us loads of extra storage - a great use of the space. Very responsive to emails and calls and any issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend.

   PRK’s designer helped us to plan a fantastic kitchen, talking us through the options and advising on what works and what might not from her experience, then everybody waited patiently while we knocked holes in walls and remodeled the space ready to receive. When the time came for fitting the units and appliances, things turned up on cue, including the fitters who were also helpful, very precise, clean and tidy! Can’t praise the whole team at PRK highly enough - great service, friendly people, smashing kitchen.

   "Amazing quality of kitchens at affordable prices and great quality control & customer service" When I decided my current property was going to be my 'forever home' I arranged to plan the kitchen of my dreams. I had a big list of things that I always wanted (which included knocking down a wall for more space!) I visited all the usually chain kitchen suppliers & installers that we all know about, however the ranges that they provided and what they could deliver on my list of wants was limited, especially for the amount I was willing to spend. Paul Rowles Kitchen was recommended by my family member who just had their kitchen renovated, so I got the chance to view their kitchen and see the style, design and the quality of installation in delivering their kitchen. It was amazing. Paul Rowles were great in their planning process and design meetings, letting me view, several samples, the ranges. They were one of very few company's that have the range that I specifically wanted (in frame doors/drawers). In terms of my list of wants, none of them were an issue. My design was truly based on what I wanted and how I functionally use my kitchen on a day to day basis. Paul chipped in with suggestions which really helped me understand more about the space and functionality I wanted as well. He displayed that he has a wealth of knowledge in kitchens and the designs best suite for what people want. At quote stage, we played around with different extra, fittings, styles and achieved the same kitchen that I always wanted at a price that the other 'chain' kitchen company's were offering but still being limited in what I wanted. So it was an easy decision to say yes. I also got all appliances through Paul as well as he could get better prices and ordered everything as well as they installed the appliances as well. Installation costs were cheaper than the chains too. Knowing that I could have everything through Paul Rowles meant I didn’t need to communicate with too many different companies doing different things for my kitchen. The team we very accommodating as well as we had building work that needed to be achieved before the kitchen fitting. They worked very well with my electricians/plumbers/builders that I had chosen to do that work. (They have worked together many times before) The installation of the units were amazing, the counter tops installed and seeing the work each day they kept everything clean and tidy as much as possible and very friendly and always happy to change and adjust things as and when it happens. So overall, I have achieved the kitchen of my dreams with no compromises, after care support has been brilliant as well. I cannot thank the team enough of what they have achieved for me. 100% recommend and welcome any private message to arrange visit of the kitchen/quality of work for their future potential customers.
