   Boots always my 1st choice, today Marie and Louise helped me search for products needed and Marie helped me processed my items I bought. They are both friendly , polite knowledgeable, a credit to the company . Also using Boots points card and great value money off and money off multi- buys,is why Boots should be your first choice.

   Not enough staff on tills and whoever was on tills today at around 13:30 was just so rude. No smile, no communication other than “there you go” in an abrupt manor when wanting to pay on the card machine. No one’s forcing you to work in retail, if you don’t like your job, leave because you’re giving customers a bad experience. Wish I took my receipt so I could have got her name but then again she didn’t even offer me it. They could do with putting in self checkouts to make shopping easier.

   Went into Boots Longwater today 4.6.25. Terri was excellent in her helpful self. Nothing was too much trouble. Several lovely testers and finished with some Tom Ford Body Spray and Obsession le perfume on special offer. She was a great ambassador for the store. Richard F

   22.03.25 Today my daughter and I went to the no.7 counter, where we were served by Lulu who helped my daughter choose some make up. Lulu was brilliant, really knowledgeable about no.7 products and very kind and patient with my (indecisive) daughter. Thank you Lulu... we had a perfect customer experience today.

   Avoid the pharmacy, appalling service. My son is on a controlled drug for ADHD and each of the four months I have been to Boots Longwater they either never have the stock or fob me off with different excuses. They had the prescription on Monday, when I went to collect the medicines today was told they hadn't had time and staff to place the order. Was told by the pharmacist "it's not my problem" - very, very poor attitude. Reported to Customer Care Line and await a call from the store manager. Shocking and unprofessional service.

   Not a massive shop compared to Riverside branch in city but good for essentials and impulse buys. Flu vaccination Centre inside store. Well-laid out with wide aisles for social distancing. Dividers at pharmacy and checkout (no self-service checkouts). Queues moved quickly and pharmacy staff were friendly and helpful.

   DO NOT USE PHARMACY IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH: Just been declined an emergency dispense for important medicine which I need a re supply of at short notice. They have the medicine in stock but declined to issue it to me. They told me to call 111 if I run out and have a medical emergency, but if I did that I would probably die in the 10 hours it would take an ambulance to reach me. Very unsympathetic staff and pharmacist. Clearly have zero regard for the health of their customers. Half the times I’ve been to collect medicine in the last few months they have been closed due to not even having a pharmacist in. Useless, inefficient and no care for customers. I will find somewhere else to take my business!

   Went to the store specifically to get a La Roche Posey cream for my dermatitis, it said in stock online and when I got there you had to ask a member of staff for the product. Waited 20 mins for them to find the keys and no staff member bothered to inform me they hadn’t found them until I found someone to ask again in which they said they’d lost the keys. Not sure why they can’t keep their products out on the shelves considering it wasn’t even an expensive product. Waste of fuel and time with a lack of communication between the staff.
