Ron needed his nails clipped and unfortunately he does not like going to see the vet or having anything done! The staff are polite, professional, and clearly care about the animals they treat. We also recommend their pet health plan — for under £20 a month, it covers flea and worming treatments, annual vaccinations, and more. It offers great peace of mind and excellent value. I hadn't taken my cat to the vets for 10 years but the receptionist quickly found my cats details and offered me an early appointment. Greeted on arrival , large and clean reception area. Even though I had arrived early I was shown through to the vet who made a thorough examination, listened to the symptoms and identified the problem. She was able to explain the recommended treatment and gave an estimated price. Easy to make a further appointment. Would highly recommend the practice.
Friendly, engaging with our spaniel as well as us. Excellent consultation on top of the usual annual work. Improvement on pre covid visits as a package overall from pre visit to visit.
We have two dogs, both of them beautifully looked after by Uplands Way. Everybody is friendly and efficient. Appointment reminders are most helpful and we feel very confident that both our dogs are in expert hands.
Every member of staff at Uplands Vets was welcoming and understanding. Despite being pushed for appointments the receptionist spoke to a nurse and they decided my chicken needed an appointment that day in order to treat her before it was too late, and she was seen half an hour later. My rescue hen was seen quickly and given as much care and compassion as if she was a dog, cat, horse or any other beloved pet. What a wonderful team.
Lovely professional veterinary practice, everyone is polite and friendly. Great facilities and kind knowledgeable staff. I'm always grateful for the time and care given to my dog - special mention to Monika who has been incredibly helpful in terms of keeping my elderly dog as happy and healthy as possible in her senior years.
