   One star because the staff especially on the self service area are always ill always coughing. Most people when unwell try to not give it to others the staff here walk up and down coughing at everyone as they go. I don't know why asda puts such obviously ill staff at the area they have so much customer contact. They stand there coughing in your face EVERYTIME

   Costa? Is this to bring in the wealthy customers? Where do we go to meet up now & enjoy traditional English meals? Bad enough we don't have british tea rooms anymore apart from one.. ..cup a cha. Or english cafes with english meals . Supermarket cafes brought the community together. All gone now.

   I’d usually give Asda 4-5 stars, but after today’s fiasco just can’t bring myself to do it. There’s a Karen in every store it seems and I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with her twice. Today I’m with my son paying for my shopping and about to walk out when we noticed her staring into our trolley like she we had stolen something. I asked her if she’d like to check the shopping. She just starred blankly so I asked her again. She said no, and then proceeded to say there must be something seriously wrong with me. Kinda wish I hadn’t asked as she made me feel like I’m illiterate or something. One thing I’ve learned about Asda is it’s pointless to go to the management because they never listen to the customer. Lesson learned. Never walk around Asda to shop if you’re wearing a hat. They might think you’re a thief. Lol

   The cake box. The woman serving in there today was unbelievably rude. We asked for a dubai chocolate cup she asked how many I said 1 please, she actually rolled her eyes at me and then went to get it i couldn't believe her attitude then she said £4.50 no please no smile nothing I paid and she just stood there and stared at us untill we walked away no thank you literally nothing. Absolutely disgusting attitude needs to learn customer service. Will not be going back.

   Fairly standard Asda store. Has George clothes, pharmacy and opticians in store too. No EV charging but large free car park.

   Was quite shocked to be demanded back into the store with my trolley. I immediately showed the receipt, but received no apology for the humiliation. I have never stolen anything in my life. Very glad I asked for a receipt at the self checkout. I understand that security have a job to do, but treat people with respect. Will definitely think twice before shopping there again as they clearly do not value my regular custom.

   I like this Asda, the staff are good, my only complaint is that the night staff put the pallets of stock out blocking lots of shelves. You have to squeeze through the back by the desserts, its a health and safety risk. lots of the chilled section gets blocked off too

   It's been a year since my last visit. It's bigger than my local asda but easy to find things. Most of the items I was looking for were still in the same place. Staff are very helpful if you can't find what you're looking for. . Excellent service and the offers with the new Asda rewards card are excellent value. A lot more choice than my local Asda. I'm going shopping there tomorrow before I return home to Anglesey. Wish I lived nearby.

   I placed an online order on 20th October and paid £47.37. On the due delivery date, a lady phoned me(I'm a bit slow on my feet and missed the call) but as she had to leave a voice mail, she told me they had no drivers and were cancelling my order. Went to Iceland instead. Still have no refund on my cheque but got .81p refund. I'd like my money back, ASAP. I understand staffing difficulties but no food=no payment.
