   I went Into Tesco express in Buxton and bought some shopping. I was served by Courtney Wed evening. She was extremely caring towards me, as she realised I had mobility problems, as I was walking with a stick. I’m currently waiting for a hip replacement and in pain. Courtney very kindly packed my shopping for me and she also offered to come round to the front of the counter to pick up my stick, that I had dropped and checked if I needed help to get my shopping to my car. At all times I felt that Courtney was conscious of my dignity and allowed me to do what I could for myself however, she was there to help in any way she could. Her attitude was so kind and caring. I also received excellent customer care from two other members of staff, who were stacking shelves, they were most polite and helpful. I would just like say that the customer care in this store is always consistently good. It is an absolute pleasure to shop there.

   Very unsanitary. Don't buy any of the bakery here unless you're fine with someone coughing all over your food. I wanted to get some croissants but heard someone in the back of the store coughing very loud and it turned out to be the person working the bakery. No gloves or anything were used. I wouldn't trust anyone like that handling any type of consumable product.Would not recommend getting any food made in the store here you're better off getting food that was shipped in and just getting your petrol and leaving. Not to mention the fact the coffee machine is never working

   A very popular retail outlet. A decent small Tesco's sells essentials and is open 24 hours. Good fuel forecourt, but can get very busy with queues.

   tecco .. hi. I come to you in my time of need. Me and my friend (he is just a friend) Alan are living in my truck for a week now. We was watching football on my telly, and in my excitement I jumped up and knocked a pint on it. It fizzled out and exploded. Wife … hit me a bit and said to get out the house as she “cannot stand my face or smell”. Haha…errr where woz i. Oh right. Me and Alan in my truck. I have tried almost every combo of meal deal lately, all I have eaten for a week. Money is running low. Don’t know what to do. I’m parked outside with no petrol and can’t afford anymore. Please don’t give me a ticket. Have about a tenner left…could get some petrol and go round the corner or am I allowed to get some food…what do you think? Many thanks, Alan and Terry xx

   After having the whole ship refurbished the costa coffee machine is never working, They advertise COSTA EXPRESS but no costa available cos the blooming machine is never working surely the staff have some training on how to rectify it when things go wrong or is a case of ( can’t be bothered )

   The store is clean and tidy and measures are in place to sanitise baskets and hands, my only concern is the amount of people that are allowed in without a face covering. I do not understand why this is not being enforced, and why there are not signs up saying people won’t be served without a mask. I wear a face mask and it helps protect other people, however all the people who refuse to wear masks are putting everyone at risk, and the staff are doing nothing to challenge this.
