   Absolutely disgusted today. Went in with my 3 month old and there were cages and stock everywhere and we struggled to get around and I even had to move some of the cages myself. A very bad health and safety issue waiting to happen. Won’t be returning and put in a complaint with head office. I know they have to do shelf stacking, but there was a crate or cage down every aisle, plus this was at 1pm in the afternoon when it was very busy, why not stack shelves in the morning or wait until it goes quiet after 3/4 in the afternoon? Not a brain cell to rub together between any of the staff.

   Had to wait 30 mins for them to fill up a balloon... Had to go and ask them multiple times to do it... At least i got gum.

   Love HB have a few bargains in this store, Was sad to see staff member had laryngitis and was on tills serving and interacting with customers, when it was pretty clear she had lost her voice. ( thought HB would of put her in a back where she doesn’t have to deal with customers or send her home) Went in the store on 15th August25 was shocked to see cages left unattended down aisle, obstructing me getting to the items on the shelf. Which I had to drag out the way and move back. Not only is it tacky and off putting. Leaving cages in middle of aisle seem to be the norm, until someone injured themselves.

   Daughter who is legal age to purchase alcohol was challenged, as is right by the staff member at the till but when producing the relevant ID was told that my younger daughter who was also with her also had to produce ID even though she wasn't making the purchase, infact the purchase was a gift. Just wandering if staff members do this will ALL customers with under age family members with them or they just target and victimise the under 25s trying to buy christmas gifts?.
