Terrible service! They sent me the wrong product, when I got in touch they offered to send a prepaid label so I could return it. No label arrived. I have sent 2 follow up emails, no response. I will never order from this company again.
Nice selection of items. Lady very friendly and helpful. Other person an old gentleman was extremely arrogant and wouldn't move out of the way to let us look for the items we required. He was lecturing two old ladies (wrongly as the Lady pointed out) about a personal issue. Such a shame as I felt intimidated going around. So basically wonderful shop just only go in when the helpful lady is there. Avoid the gent. Only my opinion obviously and it could of been a bad day for him.
An absolutely outstanding company offering some of the very best produce available in the UK. Their in-store and online range is extensive. They offer a superb delivery service and the packing/protection of the products is utterly outstanding. All in all an incredibly well run family business with a wealth of knowledge and years of experience. Definitely 5-stars.
Fantastic shop. Everything is organic and expertly sourced. The staff here are lovely and have oceans of knowledge regarding real healthy eating and nutrition. They genuinely care about health, unlike the vast majority of the food industry who are only interested in profits. If you know what I mean by this then this shop is for you.
Two deliveries in a row arrived in completely unacceptable condition, £8 for delivery and they give a singular small ice pack during heatwave UK weather, the raw butter comes melted and absolutely stinks from the bacterial growth due to the heat. I recommend ordering only when it is cold.
Such a great place. The staff were really friendly and very welcoming. Lovely relaxing atmosphere and the food was amazing. I would definitely recommend The Real Food Company and hope to return soon.

I became aware of this lovely shop from a friend who takes the coarse le guerande sea salt. It is the best , purest salt i have ever tasted. I placed a order online and the communication was excellent and fast delivery and the packaging is eco friendly. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I have ordered the bone broths and will continue to buy products from here .
