   If you are looking for a nice peaceful break this is certainly the place to be. Janice and Richard are brilliant they make you feel comfortable and you are well looked after and they are very accommodating and lovely to talk to. The room facilities are excellent.    What a lovely couple. Warm, friendly and worth a great deal of local knowledge. Felt welcomed right from the start. Breakfast was plentiful and second with a smile and a chat. Breakfast is communal if other guests are staying, but the company everyday we were there was lovely. Walk to nearest pub the Fox is fairly straight forward once you have navigated the long slightly undulating drive. Location is quite central for north coast or Norwich. Accommodation was fine, with coffee and tea making facilities and biscuits (plenty of them). We were warned shower could be a bit slow, but never had an issue. Would highly recommend.

   Such a great 2 night stay at Woodman’s. The place itself is so peaceful and beautiful plus the breakfast was lovely. All of these things were great but the best part for us was Janice and Richard being so kind. We were visiting for a funeral and they showed so much empathy and warmth. I would recommend this gem to anyone! Thank you for taking care of us, we will never forget it.

   What a great place to stay. Ideally situated down a long unmade track off the main A140 so very handy for getting to Norwich and the airport if you turn left and north Norfolk if you turn right. We had a gorgeous double-bedded en-suite shower room. Just perfect for our needs. Close to where the car is parked and the breakfast room. The build-quality and finish are superb. Coffee, tea and biscuits available in the room for that morning or nighttime cuppa. Breakfast options are great and varied and you’ll not leave here hungry. All beautifully prepared and cooked. Breakfast is taken at a communal table so perfect for chatting to fellow travellers. The owners, Janice and Richard, are a lovely, friendly couple and are very good in making your stay memorable. Would we stay again? Yes, without a second thought.

   Absolutely loved our two nights here. Fantastic breakfast 10 out of 10. Wonderful host who we enjoyed talking to very much. Very Friendly. Good clean rooms with plenty tea coffee etc. available. Comfy beds. Highly recommend. Would not hesitate staying again if we are in the area.

   Had a beautiful stay at woodman farm. We stayed in the B&B double room. Clean tidy and well equipped. Hosts made us feel very welcome, couldn’t do anymore for us. Friendly and great hosts. Breakfast was tasty. Highly recommend staying, we will be back if we visit the area again ☺️
