The meat was dry.
Fantastic, friendly fellas running this family butcher shop! They've been supplying my in-laws with excellent quality, local meat for years and are always ready for a chat about how I plan to cook anything I buy. The roast ham is divine, as are their sausages, and the bacon is beautiful - barely any shrinkage when you cook it and packed with flavour. The Mottrams men take requests and orders in advance and will give advice about quantities needed too - I've made beef wellington with their delicious fillet, Chinese New Year meals with soup bones and short ribs, and their lamb shoulder steaks are a favourite.
Disgusting went to but 4kg of beef amd lamb and they said well we dont want to sell it to you because we will be short... im a local business and if they dont eant my business then forget it. Rude and ignorant and will defo never use again! Your loss of over £100 not mine.
