Convenient because it's in the campus, but the prices are outrageous and why they wouldn't sell me a monster even after showing them my Italian ID is beyond me. Apparently it's because they only accepted passports, but what student in their right mind would go around with their passport in their schoolbag?? For the record, I am 16 year old turning 17 this year (legal age to buy monster is 16) and my group leader confiscated my passport for safekeeping. It makes me so mad that they wouldn't even accept a printed copy of my passport.

The place closes too early. For example, if a student is on summer study vacation after a day on a trip and comes back around 7:00 pm, they can't buy anything they need for the next day. The staff is very rude towards university students, especially for example, I couldn't open a Coke inside the place because I'd make a mess even though I'd already paid for it. If they don't like students, they shouldn't have gone to Keele University. During a break between classes, I wanted to get a cappuccino, but the machine was being cleaned, so I couldn't do so and had to buy it pre-made. This is unacceptable in my opinion.

I sprinted over there to get some things and since I couldn't use my card contactless without plugging it into a machine due to a security mechanism. Arrived at 17:55 and they wouldn't let me in to complete a task that would of taken 2 mins max and made my night a lot easier. Either change the closing time to "17:55" or let me in and stop wasting my time.

On numerous occasions I’ve been refused sale of silly things like an energy drink (WITH VALID ID) all because I walked in the shop with a friend (we always walk in together then get a meal deal and pay separate) yet they ID my friend and if they don’t have theirs with them, they refuse sale to me, like what?!?! Store clerks just have a power complex.

Prices are high enough that it is usually better to take the bus to the town, and is really bad for international students because the staff will demand to see your passport instead of accepting an ID. I've never had this issue at any other co-ops or supermarkets in the country.
