room and service were great! both Paul and Dr. Yolanda are very lovely hosts, always ready to help us with any issues. Paul also gave us some tips since we stayed to watch British GT at Snetterton. definitely made our weekend getaway extra special! thank you!

We cannot recommend Strenneth enough. From the moment we arrived, Paul, Patricia, and their lovely dog Rocky made us feel not just welcome, but like part of the family. One of the sweetest touches was finding a little handwritten note from Rocky to our dog — such a thoughtful, heartwarming gesture that instantly made us smile. And the surprise of beautifully wrapped chocolates on our towels was a simple but lovely touch that made us feel cared for. Paul went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay, even kindly offering to help my partner with one of our projects — something we’ll always be grateful for. We had the chance to stay in three different rooms during our visit, and each one was clean, tidy, and had everything you could need. The beds were just what you need for a good night's sleep. And the breakfasts, absolutely delicious! it was one of the highlights of our mornings. Thank you to everyone at Strenneth!

My boyfriend and I visited Strenneth for a long weekend (3 nights). From the moment we parked up, we were welcomed by Paul and his beautiful dog Rocky. Paul was very kind and showed us our room even though we were early. The room was amazing, from all the old features to the views from the window. At breakfast time, there was so much choice and the breakfast was delicious. The staff at breakfast time were also really lovely and helpful. Paul was so helpful and helped us in several different ways. He went above and beyond! Every morning, he asked us about our plans and then showed his knowledge about the area and also recommended different places for us to visit. He even drew us a map with directions! Nothing was ever too much of a problem. We will definetly be recommending this place to others and hopefully we will return again soon.

We have had a great stay at Strenneth. Such a quiet, quirky place. Our room was comfortable, warm and clean. The bathroom was huge! The bed and mattress were exceptionally comfortable. What impressed me the most, was a delicious breakfast, I had a kipper and poached eggs, oh my god, it was cooked to perfection, thank you! Welcoming hosts and a lovely dog Rocky, we will definitely return.

Great hosts and the rooms and cottages have plenty of character. The cooked breakfast is excellent, as you can build your own from a great array of choices offered. The area is quiet and on a clear night the stars are clear to see.

A clean and comfortable B&B off the beaten track in rural Norfolk. The breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately we found the owner somewhat abrupt although his wife was very helpful. They also have a small dog that barked continuously every time it saw me.

So good on many levels. The location is wonderful for quiet nights and walking but is close enough to main routes for further exploring. The owners were welcoming but very aware of all covid precautions and we didn't enter the main building until our temperatures were taken and the track and trace details given. The rooms were very comfortable in a ground floor annexe and our shower was large with a good water flow. There was plentiful coffee, tea, chocolate and bottled water in the rooms. I can't adequately say how good the breakfasts were. Lots of choice and much of it local produce all served by cheerful staff. Even our dogs were welcomed by the owners dog and had a good time. A superb stay and if you like old timber beams in historic houses it's the icing on the guest house cake. Thank you, I hope we can come back at some time in the future.
