   Went to collect the parcel today and was rudely told there is no parcel without even looking. Shop was way too messy too. Never ever ordering anything there.

   Went to collect parcels from there. The woman is so rude. She kept speaking to me like a child saying “you speak now”. Then every time I tried to explain DHL gave me a collection number she just kept speaking over me saying “barcode, barcode, barcode”. She also made me go into their house at the back to get HER husband, I said he’s sleeping, she then told me to wake him up and kept saying “GO”. He then came out and managed to do it. He was more helpful. But I wouldn’t recommend getting your parcels from there. The most awkward rude experience ever.
